Excel Basic
Introductory Excel course, with the goal of creating a familiarity with the program so that the participants are able to work with it in the most suitable and effective way in real-life situations.
The course starts from the basics, showing Excel’s structure and logic, and then it advances to show its most important features, such as an overview of the functions inside of it, mathematical-, date- and time-related functions, chart creation and more.
The courses are always instructor-lead and available in live sessions in Gothenburg, at your location*, or online.
All our course contain examples and exercises in order to show the usage of the features in real-life situations.
The course has a total length of 16 hours, divided in four 4-hour sections, so that it can be taught both during the weekend, in two 8-hour sections or on evening in weekdays, in four 4-hour sections.
We provide trainings for single individuals or groups of any size. Students may be fitted into different groups. The ideal number of participants in one group is 10; however, classes may be booked with 8 to 12 participants.
The Excel Basic course is available both in English and Swedish. Courses in English are suggested for those who work with the Office package in English as there are different functions and shortcuts in both languages.

Excel Intermediate
Intermediate Excel course, improving prior knowledge in the program and showing the participant the most essential features.
The concepts in this level allow a regular user to become its team Excel guru, by introducing more advanced concepts, such as: error handling, logical-, conditional- and lookup- functions, data validation, tables, .csv files, pivots and more.
The courses are always instructor-lead and available in live sessions in Gothenburg, at your location*, or online.

Excel Advanced
Advanced Excel course, introducing Excel as a live database, with advanced features of Pivot Tables, relationships, connections to external data and scenario testing.
The participant will acquire skills in complex features, such as advanced filters and sorting, array formulas, what-if analysis and more. The course ends with an introduction to our next set of courses, VBA, Visual Basic for Applications, which allows the participant to transcend from the existing features and create more automated solutions and workflows.
